ICYMI, Morrison Yard, the 4.6-acre, mixed-use community started welcoming residents to the brand-new 375+ apartment homes at Morrison Yard Residences earlier this month.

Positioned alongside the Cooper River at the base of the Ravenel Bridge, Morrison Yard brings apartment homes, workspaces, shops, restaurants, and 1.5 acres of green space to Chucktown’s growing + vibrant community.

Appealing to longtime residents (and those new to the Lowcountry), Morrison Yard Residences offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with best-in-class interior appointments (think: custom built-in details like entryway benches, open shelving, and deep closets) + community amenities.

A few of our favs include:

Sky Lounge overlooking the Ravenel Bridge and downtown CHS
Elevated saltwater pool on a Riverside Piazza 🏊‍♀️
Pool lounge featuring cold brew and local beer on tap 🍻
Tech-infused fitness center + yoga studio 🧘‍♀️
Electronic car charging stations + bicycle racks
Dog park and pet spa 🦮
Future bridge connection for pedestrian access + kayak launch 🚶
