Portlanders, grab your Viking horns, throw your "O," or put on your black and orange — whomever you root for, football season is back and underway. Dive into all things game day with us to get rid of that off-season rust.

What everyone's talking about:

PSU:
The Vikings left Week 1 at Autzen Stadium with a $575,000 check, a 74 point loss, and one cringe-worthy injury. But, with the season's toughest test out of the way, quarterback Dante Chachere can build on the flashes of potential he showed during the team's only touchdown drive.

UO:
Has anyone checked on Puddles? After a record-breaking rout (see above), the Ducks will travel to Lubbock, TX, to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders, a tough non-conference opponent led by a familiar face in former Oregon QB Tyler Shough.

OSU:
Clemson transfer QB DJ Uiagalelei shined in the season opening 42-17 win at San Jose State. Can the No. 16-ranked Beavers keep the momentum going on their "Pac-2 revenge tour" and pack the newly renovated Reser Stadium? *Chainsaws rev in the distance.*

Your must-bring stadium items:

Your ticket.
A clear sling bag or clear purse to breeze through security.
Vikings gear. If your wardrobe is sorely lacking in green, white, and silver, shop this windbreaker vest and this sweater-knit hoodie.
Ducks fans will look dapper in a jersey and a triple black flex hat.
Beavers are also at their best sporting a jersey or a pullover hoodie.

Pre-game plans:

It remains to be seen if Portland State's head coach will again invite fans out to Hillsboro Stadium and pay their beer tab. Regardless, making a trip out of the city for an afternoon of tailgating is always fun.
Head over the Willamette River and through the woods for an obligatory photo in front of Autzen Stadium, but don't stay in the Moshofsky Center too long. Lines can get pretty long.
Following its $161 million remodel, Reser Stadium has plenty of perks to please fans, including a 360-degree open concourse and concessions like Hot Dam Wings.
