What’s on the ballot? One of the biggest local questions Multnomah County voters will answer is Measure 26-228 which would restructure city government and the process for electing city officials, including the creation of a ranked-choice voting system. Another measure — Measure 26-232 — proposes adopting a more commonly used version of ranked-choice voting for county officials.

There's also the race for Position 3 on Portland City Council between incumbent Jo Ann Hardesty and challenger Rene Gonzalez.
