Scrambling to find an apartment when the end of your lease is approaching can be stressful, and we’re here to help alleviate that.

Periodically, we’ll be providing updates on neighborhoods around Columbus and the rentals they have available. In today’s edition, we’re checking out Grandview.

Grandview is a great location for those who want to stay near the heart of the city. It’s home to many of the top restaurants and shops in CBUS, and it’s only a few miles from downtown, the Short North, and OSU’s campus. Here are two locations taking tenants for studios, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom units.

Apartments at the Yard, 800 Baldwin Dr.

With 1,000+ units to choose from, this complex is like its own community. Residents can enjoy pools, a hot tub that is open year round, a fitness center, and multiple parking options.

To find pricing, you can filter the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms, preferred move-in date, and the floor plan you desire right on their website for estimated quotes.

Pro tip: The popularity of the area means units fill up quickly, so it’s best advised to sign your lease or join the waitlist at least three months in advance.

The View on Fifth, 1005 W. Fifth Ave.

With Fifth Ave. being a main vessel in Grandview, this location puts you right in the action of it all with downtown views. Most units are modern and have a balcony or terrace and kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Enjoy a sense of community with amenities like the clubhouse, pool, and two fitness centers.

To request pricing information for your preferred unit, you can live chat with a representative on their website or schedule an in-person tour.
