The world's top tennis players love the Twin City. The Winston-Salem Open has announced the player field for this year's tournament, and it's impressive if we do say so ourselves. Here's proof:

There are 35 tournament players who ranked within the top 75 in the world.
Of those top-ranked players, 15 of them are ranked in the top 50.
Three former Winston-Salem Open champions will return to the Wake Forest University Tennis Complex: Sebastian Baez (2023), Adrian Mannarino (2022), and Robert Bautista Agut (2017).
Three Americans will also be returning competitors: Marcos Giron, Alex Michelsen, and Brandon Nakashima.

This is just the beginning. The tournament will also announce four wild card players in the following weeks. Doubles and qualifying draws are still coming, too.

This year's Winston-Salem Open starts Saturday, Aug. 17 and will run through Saturday, Aug. 24. You can still grab tickets to watch the action. (Psst: there are new fan amenities to look forward to, as well.)
