Ever wondered what it'd be like to own your own castle that resembles the Graylyn Estate? Meet the Buena Vista property on West Kent Road that's up for sale.

The single-family home was designed for RJ Reynolds executive James Dyer and his wife Diana. The home sits on over 2.5 acres and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.

Dyer commissioned the New York architectural firm of Mayers, Murray, and Phillip to design his new home on May 1, 1925. But due to a heart attack, he never got to live there. The residence was home to his wife and four children after it was completed in late 1931.

The historic home features a wood vaulted ceiling and plenty of nooks inviting natural light at different corners of the home. It also comes with a cook's kitchen which includes an extensive butler's pantry. Here are other unique features:

5 beds + 5.5 baths
Three garages + a greenhouse
Private study room with built-in bookshelves
Secret outdoor garden with a mini waterfall
