Morning stroll by the water. Coffee stop in Wake Forest. Target run before lunch.

That’s everyday life at The Mews at Holding Village, a new neighborhood from Raleigh’s 2024 Builder of the Year.

The homes: Eco-friendly, smart-feature-filled, and low-maintenance, meaning no yard work, ever.

The surroundings: 35 acres of open green spaces, with trails, parks, playgrounds, a pool, and sparkling lake.

🗺️ We took a tour, of course

Let's be honest: finding high-quality homes (with a great warranty) from a reputable builder can be tricky.

But just 20 minutes down the road, seconds from Downtown Wake Forest, the Mews offers brand-new two-and three-story townhomes that look and feel fantastic.

Need your weekly Wegmans? There’s one less than two miles away. And a Publix, too.

🌊 Outdoor amenities we could get used to

Holding Village was clearly designed for nature lovers like us.

We saw people fishing off the dock, kayakers, and a family playing Bocce Ball on a big lawn.

There’s even community gathering spaces dotted throughout, including the super-cool Silo Park area with historic silos from the Dairy Farm days.

And we haven’t even mentioned the clubhouse, with hosting spaces for parties, friend dinners, or other gatherings you want to plan.
