Surrounded by open skies and green space, but less than 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh, this amenity-filled neighborhood checks all our lifestyle boxes.

Renters can choose from two-, three-, and four-bedroom townhomes or single-family homes starting under $2,000 per month.

✨ Finishes and features you’ll love

Every stylish space includes designer finishes like quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus fenced yards, private patios or front porches, EV-ready one- or two-car garages, and professional yard maintenance.
