Hey RAL, it’s your fave newsletter team here — counting down the days until our golden years after a jaw-dropping tour of Altis at Serenity.

This brand-new 55+ community in Fuquay-Varina is like no neighborhood we’ve ever seen.

The homes look like they sprang straight from the pages of Architectural Digest, with designer finishes + thoughtful touches in every room we stepped in.

The setting? Equally gorgeous, nestled within nearly 220 acres of preserved natural spaces for a level of quiet and privacy you’d be hard-pressed to find anywhere else this close to the city.

And the amenities.

We could write a whole newsletter (and maybe will) on the endless activities and lifestyle perks, but a few of our faves include:

The 3+ miles of winding nature trails for staying active
A 3,700 sq ft reserveable community space with a catering kitchen
The fully equipped fitness center
The Jr. Olympic pool + splash zone
The dog park, playground, and hammock station
A dedicated onsite post office + community garden

Plus, Altis is about to open a private 55+ clubhouse in 2026 with even more amenities.

Take the same tour we did to see the spaces for yourself, or watch our Instagram reel before you go for an inside look at the homes.
