Morning, RAL readers. We’re continuing our real estate series all about touring top communities around the Triangle.

This week, the team popped over to Chapel Hill for a private walkthrough of Twinleaf Townes, the new community of contemporary townhomes that opened in 2025.

💟 What we loved

Inside, the high-end finishes, high ceilings, and open floor plan gave the spaces an elevated feel. The gourmet kitchen was clearly laid out with effortless hosting in mind.

Another fave: the suite of smart home tech. Touch faucets, remote garage access, and even a built-in electric car charging outlet all come standard.

Throughout the neighborhood, wide green spaces, running trails, and community gathering areas (with fire pits) remind us why we love NC nature so much.

Take a tour ➡️ win a din

To make your visit extra-sweet, Tri Pointe Homes is throwing a special May giveaway featuring a $200 gift card to Hawthorne and Wood, one of Chapel Hill’s trendiest eateries.

Just schedule and complete a Twinleaf Townes model tour in May for a chance to win (full entry details this way).
