Oak City, meet Twinleaf Townes: A brand-new Chapel Hill townhome community created by Tri Pointe Homes® in collaboration with interior design expert and Emmy-winning TV host Bobby Berk.

It won’t be long until its debut — but until it is completed, join them for the first chance to walk through this new home community on Saturday, March 1. Sales are slated to begin later in the month.

🏡 The homes

Sitting just 10 minutes from downtown Durham and Chapel Hill, this not-too-big, not-too-small neighborhood features 102 three-story townhomes with 3-4 stylish bedrooms, spacious 2-bay garages, and LivingSmart® (aka Green) features throughout.

Plus, there’s plenty of room to gather and unwind with two outdoor community spaces built right in.

The upcoming Rain or Shine Release event will allow visitors to tour the new neighborhood, ask questions, and experience the elevated, Berk-selected designs firsthand (we hear there is such a thing as a free lunch with a taco food truck onsite for those who attend).

🌟 Meet Bobby

Bonus: Homebuyers who purchase their dream home in Twinleaf Townes before May 1, 2025 will have an opportunity to meet Bobby Berk in person at an exclusive June event.
