Altis at Serenity just keeps getting better.

The 55+ Active Adult community is building a brand-new 8,000 sqft clubhouse, bringing a country club's worth of amenities, activities, and high-end gathering spaces.

✨ Everything you already knew you wanted, and more

Let’s start inside, where you’ll find:

Swanky game room (hello, Mahjong nights) with wine lockers and a pool table
Fully equipped fitness center with both cardio and strength training setups
Tranquil yoga room for classes and individual use
Welcoming gathering area with multiple entertaining spaces, complete with a catering kitchen that opens to a covered patio with a fire pit and seating

Plus, there will be a dedicated Lifestyle Director on-site to coordinate events, reservations, social nights, group outings, and any other plans you want to make.

🌳 Explore more, the delights keep giving

Stepping outside, there’s even more to look forward to:

Resort-style swimming pool, complete with lap lanes, a sun shelf, and loungers
Two pickleball courts and a bocce ball court
Fenced-in dog park for your furry friends
Wide open green spaces + walking paths

The center is currently scheduled to open in the fall of 2026, but residents have full access to the existing Serenity pool and suite of amenities.

The gorgeous homes are move-in ready, too, with near-endless customization options.
