💰 The anticipated cost of the project is $1 billion
🧱 The development will consist of two mirrored buildings, MTX One and MTX Two, connected by a sky bridge

Once completed, the Midtown Exchange project will comprise a total 40 acres. In addition to the towers’ office and retail space, there will be 1,500+ residential units, an upscale 300-room hotel, and four-acre urban park connected to the Capital Area Greenway.
