This penthouse condo that sold in 2023 by former Carolina Panther Christian McCaffrey is back on the market, and we’re completely smitten. The unit at Skye Condominiums along Caldwell Street spans two floors and provides Uptown views that make it a perfect Mansion Monday feature.

Fun fact: The Skye Condominiums building is also home to the rooftop restaurant and bar Fahrenheit.

Walking into the three-bedroom penthouse, your eyes will be drawn to the expansive windows, open-concept design, and chef’s kitchen with custom cabinetry. Plus, the home features an intricate mural leading to the kitchen.

The second-floor loft area gives a view of the main floor, plus access to a balcony and terrace. Other amenities at the condo include a private pool, fitness center, parking, and a theater room.
