Mecklenburg County is expected to gain more than 200,000 new residents by 2030. With so many new neighbors, steady places of employment are precious to keep pace with Charlotte's rapid growth + provide a sustainable living wage.

That's why the county is helping launch career opportunities across various fields including advanced manufacturing, construction, and facility maintenance management.

The Office of Economic Development and Unified Workforce Development is teaming up with Charlotte Works to host a Career Expo and two workshops for prospective employees.
