We’re making it easy to reach our 15,000+ Ashevillian friends every morning by giving classified ads a little facelift (not to mention we know y’all like to put your money where your heart is when it comes to supporting your endeavors annnnnd a local publication🕺🏽). We do our best to cover everything you send us, but if you have something you want to ensure that we include in our newsletter, here’s your chance…

Introducing: Events, Jobs, and Digs

🎟Events: 71% of our readers said they’re out experiencing (read: eating, drinking, dancing, listening, learning) Asheville at least 5+ times every month and 42% said 10+ times per month. Post your event to our website, get featured in our newsletter and we’ll see ya out there, Asheville.

List your events here.

📚Jobs: 29% of our readers said they’re looking for a job within the next 12 months (and 86% have college degrees). The best part is, by posting a job to our newsletter, you’re reaching people on the hunt and people who might just need a little “aha” moment.

🏡Digs: 67% of our readers own their current home, but that doesn’t mean they’re staying put... 27% said they’re planning to search for a new humble abode within the next 12 months. Of course, we’re helping to sell homes, but I bet you didn’t know we can also list rental properties (short or long term), land, and commercial properties. And – oh wait, we also have publications in Columbia, Greenville, and Charleston. Time to book up that vacation rental. #ChaChing 💰

Here’s how it works:

Listing costs $200
You can post at any time, whether it’s 3 a.m. or 11 p.m.
Guarantees inclusion in our newsletter
Listed on our website until the day after your event, until your job is filled, or until your real estate is off the market.

#DYK there are awesome newsletters just like AVLtoday in Charleston, Columbia + Greenville? We’re all a part of one big family called 6AM City – and yesterday the whole gang was together in Columbia, working on ways to make our content even better for our readers. Hence why today’s email is a little “short.”

Interested in joining our kickass team? We don’t blame you. 6AM City is currently searching for a digital media sales rep. This position is based out of our Greenville, S.C. office. To learn more, click here.

And here in WNC, AVLtoday still has internship opportunities available for fall. More on that here.

Thanks for the support + feedback thus far AVL. We’ll be back in your inbox with more hyperlocal news, events + happenings tomorrow morning at 6 A.M.
