Hey, Asheville. 👋 Evan here. How many times a day do you find a video that you just have to send to your friends? No matter the social media platform, sharing a video that's blowing up with views is something that has become a daily staple in my life. It’s a great way to stay up to date with what’s trending, especially since it only takes one night for a video go viral.

Asheville is no stranger to viral videos, and they showcase just how diverse the city is. Whether it’s the Obamas eating at 12 Bones, drone footage of flooded roads or even just a bear taking a dip in someone’s pool, Asheville always finds a way into our news feeds – and our hearts.

So, to help you start your weekend right, I picked 10 of my favorite viral videos from the 828. Here’s to the meme-ories, Asheville.
