The Kansas City Chiefs will host the Cleveland Browns for the first Arrowhead seasonal home opener on Sun., Sept. 12. Show me the replay. The Chiefs last faced the Browns on Jan. 17 in the playoff divisional round. KC won, 22-17.

However, the Raiders have actually caused more pain for KC. Las Vegas leads the all-time series against the Chiefs, 65-54-2.
