KCtoday (that's yours truly) officially won "Best Local Blog/Substack" in The Pitch's "Best of Kansas City 2022" poll. The results were announced on Thursday, Nov. 3.

That's the second time this year this newsletter took home the gold. This past August, we also ranked first in Kansas City Magazine's "Best of KC '22" poll.

We'd like to thank our readers, our readers, and our other readers. Y'all, seriously. From the KCtoday team, thank you so much for your love + support. This publication is truly a labor of love (if you couldn't tell), and we're so honored to feel the love in return.

Keep that love going, and make sure to tell your friends + fam about us. They need a little extra joy in their lives.

Also, shoutout to the other finalists: Wellness for the Win, Jana Style Blog, Oh So Lovely Blog, and The Black Sunflower.
