We are lighting the black flame candle this morning. Are you ready for the Sanderson Sisters to return after nearly 30 years?

As we prepare to fly into spooky season with the release of the long-awaited sequel, Hocus Pocus 2,let's run amok, amok, amok to these five film locations.

📍 The Ropes Mansion, 318 Essex St., Salem
Jackpot — the mansion is free to visit and open to the public. Plan to visit on Sat., Oct. 1 or Thurs., Oct. 27-Mon., Oct. 31 to see it decorated like Allison’s house in the movie. Pro tip: if you don't want to wait in line to visit the inside of the house, explore the gardens in the back of the property.

📍Old Town Hall, 161 Essex St., Salem
This red brick building will put a spell on you. It's the location of the film's Halloween party and today the building is open to the public.

📍 Salem Common
Many of the outdoor scenes in the movie were filmed in this public green space. Check out the events calendar to see when you can watch the witchy movie at the Haunted Movie Series.

📍 Old Burial Hill, Marblehead
Like many Halloween movies, there are a few cemetery scenes. This is one of New England's oldest graveyards and was where Max encountered the bullies on his bike.

📍 Pioneer Village, Salem
Travel back in time to this living history museum, featured in the opening scene. The three-acre property is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12-4 p.m. and costs $5 to visit. Who knows, you might even catch a glimpse of Thackery Binx.

For the sequel, the Hocus Pocus 2 team traveled to several locations in Rhode Island this time last year for production. Film crews were spotted on Atwells Avenue and the Cranston Street Armory in Providence.

Tune in to Disney+ on Fri., Sept. 30 to see if you recognize any other local settings.
