Have y’all noticed how we always have gorgeous photos to accompany our daily convos? While we know our way around iPhone’s portrait mode, we’re certainly not professional photographers.

Some of the best local Lexington photographers have been helping us bring our stories to life with their keen eye + creative vision.

Today — we’re highlighting three of our favorite local photographers + encouraging you to follow them on Instagram — so you don’t have to wait for our newsletter to view their amazing work.

@femibranded | Urban Lifestyle Photography
Downtown Lexington has an interesting dichotomy — somehow being both gritty + classy at the same time. @femibranded perfectly captures this juxtaposition in all of his photos of downtown. His work has been featured in Bourbon Review Magazine, Forbes Magazine, and CNN. From rainy city streets, to black + white architecture — follow him for all things downtown Lexington.

@greggraysonphotography | Bluegrass Landscape Photography
We all know that the Bluegrass countryside is beautiful, but @greggraysonphotography has a way of photographing it so that it looks like something out of a fairytale. Stallions, farms + rolling hills captured through perfect composition and morning light — follow him for all things horse country.

@maxcaswellphotos | Nature + Outdoor Landscape Photography
Daniel Boone National Forest is one of the most beautiful + majestic places in all of Kentucky. Luckily for us Lexingtonians, it’s right in our backyard. Sorry, Louisville. And nobody captures the beauty of our beloved national forest like @maxcaswellphotos. From gushing waterfalls to epic cliff-lined vistas, this photographer is doing his best to capture all of it.
