HYROX, the world’s fastest-growing fitness race, is changing the game in competitive training. Now, Hoosiers have a local place to train.

Meet Myriad Fitness + Yoga: One of the community’s most experienced fitness hubs and downtown Indy's first HYROX training club.

Owned by Caitlin and Jared Byczko, Myriad has served the community for 14+ years with a proven process rooted in CrossFit, weightlifting, yoga, and personal training.

Whether you’re chasing a personal record or staying fit, Myriad is ready to guide you through your HYROX journey.

What is HYROX?

HYROX combines endurance and functional fitness into one race: eight workout stations, each separated by a 1K run.

The best part? All movements are simple and low-skill (think: rowing, skiing, and bodyweight exercises), making the race accessible to everyone. Plus, you’ll have spectators cheering you on from start to finish in high-energy exhibition halls.
