If you've lived in the Butler-Tarkington area or even just driven down Michigan Road north of Newfields, you've probably seen a large gate with a towering wall. That gate, which was once closed to the public, is now officially open.

The $14 million estate formerly owned by the late philanthropist, businesswoman, and community leader Christel DeHaan is now an RH gallery and restaurant.

The estate is one of the most accurate Palladian-style villas ever built in the US, with 60+ rooms. It also features a wine bar + terrace that opens up to a 35-acre private lake and gardens, as well as an interior design studio and artistic installations.

RH Indianapolis, The Gallery at the DeHaan Estate is located on ~150 acres at 4501 N. Michigan Rd. and is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.

You have to see it to believe it, but check out our Instagram for a sneak peek inside. brilliant social plug
