Cheers to beer news.

Indy was named the No. 3 beer city in the country, so it doesn't surprise us to see so much beer-related news being released at once.

To help you beer connoisseurs stay in the loop, here's what's coming down the pipeline.

Chilly Water

Chilly Water Brewing Co. is heading farther south. The brewery said it plans to open a 1,200-sqft taproom in Greenwood this summer — adding a Johnson County location to its lineup of two existing spots in Indianapolis.

"We have a lot of loyal customers who live [in Greenwood]," brewery owner Dan Krzywicki told IBJ. "We're excited to be part of their community as they've been part of our operation for so many years."

The company is targeting a late-August opening at 1480 Olive Branch Parke Lane, Suite 400, which was previously Pawsitively Perfect Dog Grooming.
