Did you knowTampa Bay is the ninth fastest-growing region in the country?

From a robust craft brewing scene to a buzzing art culture, from hundreds of restaurants + shopping opportunities to some of Florida’s best green spaces and coastline, there’s no shortage of new spots to explore around TBAY.

Inspired by one of therarest sights in the ocean, Ridley at Waterset (Apollo Beach’s new community) was named for beauty found both onshore + off. The “Kemp's ridley” is a type of sea turtle found in the Gulf, in the sands of FL’s beaches, and among the 12+ mile trail system of Ridley’s master-planned Waterset community.

Bonus: Ridley at Waterset is now leasing for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes.
