Tampa isn't just our little secret anymore. Now, we even have our own ritsy The Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa.

The international hotelier opened the second of its two residential towers along Bayshore this week. Developed by Related Group, the new 31-story luxury condominium boasts around 90 units, just like its sibling.

So what exactly is it like to live at the Ritz? Well, it is still a normal condo setup, but there's insane perks like daily continental breakfast service, a concierge, and a doorman.

Besides the units, what's on the property?

Rooftop bar and terrace
Children's playroom
Dog park and dogwashing stations
Spa with steam and sauna rooms
Fitness and yoga studios
Media center with a golf simulator lounge
Gardens
Pickleball and tennis courts
Private guest suites

But that's not the only real estate opening we're watching this spring.
