Skittles may have locked down the idea of "tasting" the rainbow, but we're proposing a toast to a new idea — drinking the rainbow.

Put a technicolor twist on your beverage game by grabbing one of these drinks that'll have you learning Roy G. Biv in a whole new way.

Red

Sun Kava has you covered when it comes to red drinks, from the Red Moon, to the Strawberry Dream + its classic Red Bliss Tea.

Orange

Next time you head to Mitchell's Coffee House, try the Peach Ring Sparkler made with peach + raspberry syrups and an energy booster shot.

Yellow

Terrace Grille's Gin Summer Spritzer features Hendrick's Gin, house-made lemon honey simple syrup, and Sprite, garnished with a rosemary sprig and a lemon wheel. Add some extra sweetness afterwards with the Chocolate Cake Shot, made of vodka, Fratello, a sugar rim, and a fresh lemon wedge.

Green

We believe in mermaids — Mermaid Lemonades that is. This creation from Krazy Kombucha takes us on a trip to the tropics with organic mango, lemon, apple, and blue spirulina.

Blue

Concord Coffee's Blue Butterfly Matcha is almost too pretty to drink, getting its vibrant hue from the butterfly pea flower tea it's mixed with.

Indigo

If you're not feeling entranced already by this lineup, you will after sipping on Z's Teas' Purple Voodoo Tea that consists of butterfly pea flower, green tea, goji berry, lemongrass, pomegranate, and cornflower blossoms with a Key lime twist.

Violet

No matter what color of beverage you're going for, Tea Largo can likely make it happen. When we're feeling ultraviolet, we reach for the taro tea latte with brown sugar boba.
