Tell your friends with passes. Universal Orlando has just announced a fourth theme park called Epic Universe – which nearly doubles the size of the company’s space in Orlando + is expected to add 14,000 more jobs to the region.

The new park (which is already under construction) will sit on a 750-acre site a few miles away from the existing Universal parks (Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay). Transportation will be provided for guests to flounce from park-to-park with ease. Additionally, the park will include restaurants, hotels, shops + an entertainment center.

Epic Universe is considered the single largest investment Comcast NBCUniversal has ever made in its theme park business + by far, their largest in Florida.

And though no one knows exactly what will occupy the theme park yet, Universal did provide a few clues in a teaser video + say that it will "create an entirely new level of experience that forever changes theme park entertainment."

An opening date has been announced for the park to open in 2023. PS: We want to hear from you. What do you think of the announcement?

#ProTip: Take a look a the concept art. We spy with our little eyes at least two roller coasters, several indoor rides, large pools of water, and a towering palace. Add your additional ideas in the comments below.
