Happy spring, Lakeland – Kaylee here. 👋 The weather in Central Florida still can’t make up its mind, flowers at Hollis Gardens have officially started to bloom, and everyone is fighting the passionate urge to clean everything in sight. *Cough* – Jessica please stop rearranging the office. – *Cough*

Looking to the week ahead, I am excited to create a flower crown with my niece at the Hammock Hollow Fairy Fest at Bow Tower Gardens + do a little shopping (while supporting small business owners) at Brew Hub's Night Market.

So, if you can manage to pull yourself away from the dust pans + gloves for a second, we’ve rounded up five #MustDos this week that may help put a little extra spring in your step. 🌷

Entreprenu[HER] | Thurs., Mar 28 | 8:30-10 a.m. | Catapult Lakeland, 331 S Florida Ave. | Free | Have a great idea you’re ready to launch or a business you’re running that you want to grow? Network + build relationships with leading female entrepreneurs in Lakeland.

Brew Hub's Night Market | Fri., Mar. 29 | 6-9 p.m. | Brew Hub, 3900 Frontage Rd. S | Free | Throw back a beer, shop for some new merch under the stars + grab a dish from your favorite food truck – all while supporting local small business owners.

Hammock Hollow Fairy Festival | Sat., Mar. 30 | 10 a.m.-1 p.m. | Bok Tower Gardens, 1151 Tower Blvd., Lake Wales | $10-$17 | Bring your little explorer (or even just yourself) on a journey to Bok Tower Gardens, create fairy crowns + view the magic and wonder of one of Polk County’s most beautiful towers.

Holloway's Doggy Dash Run/Walk 5k & Festival | Sat., Mar. 30 | 8 a.m.-2 p.m. | Holloway Park | $15-$30 | Is Fido tired of retrieving a ball that’s being thrown three feet from the couch? Maybe some fresh air + exercise is needed. Test your 5k strength with your beloved pooch + grab some grub together at the fest after the race. 🐕
