It’s no secret – Here in Central Florida, summer is basically a year-round season. 🌴 In fact, sometimes it can feel like the dog days are never over.

Luckily, here in Lakeland, we have many ways to cool off – including air-conditioned restaurants, cold brews and shaded ballparks. To help you navigate, we rounded up the August events we’re looking forward to (including our launch party tomorrow, which you are all invited to). 🎉

So get that Google calendar ready and take a look at our 10 #MustDo events for the month of August to plan some fun for you + the fam/friend group(chat). ⬇

Bonus: We publish a monthly #PlanAhead calendar so you can make the most of everyday in the 863. Bookmark that here.

We’re so excited to start everyday with you, Lakeland. Here’s to being adventurous this month + trying something new – our mantra this week with LALtoday. 😉

Know of an event we should have on our #PlanAhead radar? Or just want to say hi? Drop us a note by replying to this email. 📲

Don’t forget to come say hi in person at our Cob + Pen launch party tomorrow. We can’t wait to meet you.
