This small biz made a big move. Karate Beyond has a brand-new dojo after nearly eight years in a South Florida Avenue strip mall. We dropped in on Master Jae Choe's classes to see what's kicking and left feeling as motivated as the students.

In the pre-K "ninjas" class, kids worked alongside parents on jumps and kicks. Next, a class full of older children sparred and ran up walls to earn strength stripes for their karate belts.

Master Jae's mission isn't just to teach martial arts — it's "to cultivate character-driven individuals" who contribute to society. Throughout the classes, he encouraged students, pushing them to try their best. This dojo is less about tradition and more about functional, modern methods and real-world discipline that kids can use daily.
