What comes with an Email Banner Ad and where does it live within the product?

Email Banners are display ads positioned throughout our newsletter that are created by your team and link out to the destination of your choice. There are four total positions that break up the content each day. Placements are reserved on a first come first serve basis and it runs for one single day in our newsletter.

What are the Email Banner Ad specs?

  • 600 px width x190 px height
  • You can provide the file as a PNG, JPG or GIF
  • 72 dpi
  • The max file size is 1 MB
  • Provide the exact URL to link to (If using a UTM link, please provide a bitly to ensure no additional elements are appended to your link)

What are some best practices?

Here are some things to consider when creating your Web Ads:

  • Think about your call to action. What is going to make people want to click?
  • Not a ton of words + keep the font larger.
  • Strong photo or graphical elements.

What is the typical timeline and process for Email Banner Ads?

  • Your team creates the graphic (we have design services available for an additional cost).
  • We recommend submitting assets and your preferred run date at least 2-3 business days in advance. If a quicker turnaround is needed, we are happy to accommodate if possible. Include your run date request when submitting the assets and we will reach out with potential options and next steps.
  • Once you have the graphic finalized, send it over to with the associated URL or fill out the form below.
  • The display runs in our newsletter on the reserved date.
  • We’ll send you the performance analytics at the beginning of the following month.
