Hotel del Coronado is offering a 45-minute guided ghost tour that explores the story of Kate Morgan — the beautiful but “sorrowful” young woman who infamously checked into The Del on Thanksgiving Day 1892 but, “after five lonely days,” wound up taking her own life at the resort.

To this day, it is believed that her ghost roams the property — especially her room, 3327, which also happens to be the hotel’s most requested guestroom. Hotel hallways, the shoreline + the resort’s gift shop are also sites of reported sightings. 👀

For $30, a guide will walk you through the mystery of Morgan’s death + other spirits rumored to haunt the hotel. The Haunted Happenings Tour is available Sunday-Thursday at 7 p.m., and Friday + Saturday at 9 p.m. Pro tip: Attendees must be age 12+, and make sure you reserve your spot online ahead of time.
