  • If selling a property, this will be your sale price. If renting, this will be the rent per month. No need to include the dollar sign in the price or the "/month" for a rental property. (Example: 350,000 or 1,500)
  • No need to enter the SQFT or Acreage abbreviation (Example: 1,200 or 1.25)

  • This will help potential buyers and renters narrow their search.

  • This should be concise and well written. Think of it as an elevator pitch but you’ve got 300 characters to impress a potential buyer/renter and gain their interest in the property. 300 character limit.
  • Max. file size: 10 MB.

    Square formats work best.  If providing a rectangular graphic your image will look stretched and we may choose not to include.  A minimum of 360 × 360 pixels is required.
